The attached wrist handle makes it easy to carry if you aren’t bringing a backpack. To use the bottle, you simply flip the leaf-shaped lid up, remove the silicone stopper, and squeeze the water out of the bottle and onto the lid. The one drawback to the design is that it can leak if you are not careful to secure the silicone stopper atop the bottle.
